Key Responsibilities

- Manage purchaser enquiries across phone, email and digital channels, ensuring a professional and engaging customer experience
- Support the sales process through lead management, CRM updates, appointment coordination and purchaser follow-up
- Assist with display suite operations and inspections
- Coordinate sales admin including reporting and contracts
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance sales processes and support successful project delivery

Skills & Experience

- Solid organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident written and verbal communicator
- Experience in property, residential sales, marketing or the design industry will be highly regarded
- Genuine interest in property, architecture, design and creating quality customer experiences
