We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to drive growth across Western Australia, with a strong focus on our electrical portfolio.

The OpportunityBased in Malaga and reporting to the WA Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing new business, growing existing customer relationships and identifying project opportunities across the WA market.

You'll work with electrical contractors, engineers, consultants, distributors and other project stakeholders to promote CMS products, influence specifications and convert opportunities into sales.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Electrical industry experience is highly regarded but not essential. We're looking for someone with a strong sales foundation, commercial mindset, willingness to learn and the drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business and sales opportunities across WA
- Build strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
- Identify project opportunities throughout the design and construction phases
- Promote CMS products and increase specification opportunities




- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Manage and develop a healthy sales pipeline
- Achieve territory sales and growth targets
- Represent CMS at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities
- Continually develop your product, technical and industry knowledge

About YouYou'll ideally have

- 1–3 years' B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-motivated and resilient approach
- Confidence engaging with customers and identifying opportunities
- A genuine interest in developing a career in sales
- A willingness to learn the electrical and commercial construction industries
