Role Description The Sales Operations Analyst is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting the sales team with data-driven insights and operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing sales data, preparing reports and dashboards, and monitoring key performance metrics to inform decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with sales and finance stakeholders to improve processes, maintain accurate records in CRM and related systems, and assist with forecasting and pipeline management.

The analyst will help identify trends, optimize workflows, and support strategic initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

- Experience with CRM platforms and sales productivity tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are required.
- A degree or coursework in business, finance, engineering, or a related field, and interest in renewable energy, are advantageous.
