Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist guests with ticketing, check-in, and enquiries in a friendly and professional manner

- Clearly explain the experience and support families and children during their visit

- Follow mandatory upselling processes, including birthday promotions and approved sales scripts

- Operate venue equipment and assist with session flow and crowd management

- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the centre throughout the day

- Follow opening/closing procedures and report any issues or hazards

- Escalate complaints, refunds, and technical issues to management

- Work safely, follow procedures, and maintain a positive team attitude
