You'd be hitting the ground running with T-Lab®, our flagship premium PRP/PRF system already turning heads in clinics, and getting in early on UltraVision™, our upcoming RF microneedling and AI-powered ultrasound device that's set to raise the bar again when it launches. About the role

We need a commercially savvy, dynamic Sales Representative to own recent business and grow existing accounts across our VIC, SA, WA, and TAS territory, working primarily from our Moorabbin office. You'll be the first point of contact for clinic owners and practitioners across these states, running the sales process by phone, email, and virtual demo, with occasional client visits and industry events when the deal calls for it. In a startup, roles aren't rigid.

You'll wear multiple hats, move fast, and figure things out as you go rather than waiting for a playbook that doesn't exist yet.

What you'll be doing

- Manage a sales pipeline across VIC, SA, WA, and TAS, from first outreach to signed contract
- Run virtual product demonstrations of T-Lab®, our premium PRP/PRF system
- Build early relationships and pipeline ahead of the UltraVision™ launch, ready to speak confidently about its RF microneedling and AI-powered ultrasound technology as soon as it's market-ready




- Work the phones and inbox daily, qualifying leads and following up relentlessly
- Partner with our marketing and clinical education teams to keep your product knowledge sharp
- Keep CRM and forecasting data accurate and up to date
- Spot opportunities before anyone tells you to
- Travel to represent Avaderm in person at key accounts or industry events across the territory

What we're looking for

- Experience selling aesthetic or medical capital equipment strongly preferred, you know this market, the sales cycles, and what clinics care about when they invest in new technology
- Real commercial savviness: sharp enough to read a client's true objection, savvy enough to know when to push and when to pull back
- Dynamic enough to switch between selling, problem-solving, and adapting to a fast-changing product roadmap in the same day
- A genuine hunter mentality and comfort building a pipeline from scratch
- Confidence presenting to clinical and business audiences over phone and video
- Comfortable working without a rigid playbook, with a desire for ownership over how you sell rather than a rigid script
