We are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on B2B sales, building strong customer relationships, and supporting clients with product enquiries, quotations, and order processing.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
- Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop new accounts
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM / sales system
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, accounts, operations)
- Provide basic product advice and recommend suitable solutions

Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Assistant or Receptionist/Administrative Receptionist,



with an understanding of business customer communication processes.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, abley to handle enquiries and emails in both languages.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and email.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organisational and time-management skills; detail-oriented and responsible; able to work independently and also work well as part of a team.
