About the role

Join the Reservations team at Eden Retreat as a Sales Reservations Consultant. In this full-time position based in Brisbane, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating sales through inbound and outbound calls. You will be a key player in achieving the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from potential customers and provide detailed information on Eden Retreat's luxury accommodation offerings
- Utilise excellent communication skills to convert enquiries into bookings
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, pricing and policies
- Provide a seamless booking experience and handle any customer queries or concerns
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to identify recent sales opportunities
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and systems

What we're looking for

- Proven sales experience, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets




- Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in luxury travel
