Sales Support — Client Engagement & Growth

Location: Melbourne, Northcote, Victoria

Employment Type: Permanent, 4 or 5 days per week

Remuneration: Competitive salary + superannuation (pro rata for work days)

About the Role

Duplex and FloorBotics are seeking a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Sales Support professional to strengthen relationships with existing clients and prospective customers. Based in our Melbourne Northcote office, this is a relationship-led, business-to-business role focused on meaningful communication and reliable follow-up rather than high-pressure, transactional sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement: Maintain regular contact with existing customers to support retention, identify needs, and offer training or service solutions.
- Lead Nurturing: Respond promptly to incoming enquiries, follow up warm leads via phone and email, and qualify opportunities.
- Appointment Setting: Coordinate demonstrations, consultations, and follow-up meetings for the sales and technical teams.
- CRM & Sales Coordination: Maintain accurate client records and pipeline stages in our CRM, assist with quote follow-ups, and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team.
- Customer Insight:



Capture feedback and shared insights to improve the overall customer experience.

About You

- Experience in sales support, inside sales, account coordination, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong phone, email, and written communication skills.
- A proactive, persistent, and respectful approach to client follow-up.
- Experience in managing tasks and sales pipelines.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
- An interest in learning about commercial equipment and robotic systems (prior industry experience is welcome but not essential).
