We're partnering with a quick growing SME working capital lender to recruit a Sales Support Analyst for their south side Brisbane office.

Our client is a fast growing SME working capital lender, providing rapid funding to Australian businesses through a growing national broker and aggregator channel. Backed by the stability of a well established group, they combine institutional strength with the pace and energy of a scale up.

About the Role The Sales Support Analyst keeps the engine room running, owning broker accreditations, verification checks and the administration and data behind the broker and customer channel. If you have an interest in marketing or social media, there's real scope to build that into the role over time.

Key Responsibilities

- Process broker accreditation applications end to end, including document and insurance checks
- Complete customer and broker verification tasks accurately and on time
- Handle inbound broker and customer queries, document requests and portal questions




- Maintain the broker and customer database in Excel and the CRM
- Prepare recurring lists, trackers and activity reports for the sales team
- Support broker emails, LinkedIn and social activity, events and collateral

What You'll Bring

- Strong administration skills and a methodical way of working
- Excellent attention to detail, you spot the missing document before anyone else
- Working Excel skills, sorting, filtering, formulas and basic pivot tables
- Professional written communication with brokers and customers
- An interest in marketing, LinkedIn or social content is a bonus
- Recent graduates, career starters and experienced administrators looking for a broader role are all encouraged to apply
