Your Impact

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our Strangelove team in Collingwood and take charge of processing daily B2B orders and manage the communications with supply chain partners and customers, to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of goods.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to proactively manage inventory levels and aged stock across warehouses, while effectively communicating potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies. You will be heavily involved with the management of daily operations, as well as the upkeep of all documents detailing processes & procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Processing of sales orders
- Coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Accuracy of invoices to customers, including GST calculations, accuracy of stock costs to customers and timely delivery of goods
- Proactive stock management – check the right stock and quantity is in right place including assistance with stock take frequency and associated duties
- Explicit internal & external communication, detailing all the specific information required for other parties to troubleshoot any issues
- Autonomous organization of meetings, catch-ups,



check-in with fellow team members to discuss any order issues, process issues, or noting of general improvements to systems

About You We are seeking an individual that has clear communication skills and an ability to operate autonomously. A professional and personable person who is hard working and knows how to have fun with their colleagues.

- Experience in order processing, data processing or similar roles within FMCG industry
- Computer literacy & numeracy are vital to succeed
- Highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience using ERP / Inventory Platforms is highly desirable
