Currently, we are looking for a "Salesforce Developer" to work on significant projects for our esteemed Education client.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that support business applications and customer experiences. The successful candidate will have strong Salesforce development expertise, with experience in Experience Cloud and ideally Salesforce Industry Clouds.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Build and maintain solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud to deliver secure and engaging digital experiences.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.
- Work with Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions,



with experience in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) highly desirable.
- Leverage other Salesforce Industry Clouds such as Education Cloud or Health Cloud, where applicable.
- Participate in solution design, technical analysis, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security principles, and governance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Salesforce applications, integrations, and custom components.
- Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, administrators, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, automated testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Robust hands-on experience with Salesforce development and Experience Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise application development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modelling, configuration, and development best practices.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) is preferred.
- Experience with other Salesforce Industry Clouds, such as Education Cloud or Health Cloud, will be highly regarded.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is desirable. This is a specialised skill and will be considered an advantage.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, or Industry Cloud certifications are advantageous.
