About the Role

As the Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our boutique, leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success. This is a full‑time Store Manager position working a Monday to Friday roster, with a proposed salary range of $65,000 + super + clothing allowance, salary and roster can be negotiable.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Sales Generation

- Drive and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to maximise profitability.

Community Engagement

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community.
- Plan and execute events to enhance the boutique’s presence and engage customers.

Brand Ambassadorship

- Represent Blue Illusion with enthusiasm, embodying the brand values and French-inspired aesthetic.
- Actively promote the boutique within the local community.

Customer Building

- Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers through personalised service.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
