- Constructive Pedagogical Feedback: Provide encouraging, exact, and actionable verbal and written feedback to help learners eliminate filler words and structure concise answers.
- Progress Tracking: Document learner milestones, diagnostic scores, and assessment trends using standardised platform templates.
- Session Moderation: Guide adult professionals through simulated workplace assessments and high-pressure interview scenarios.

Selection Criteria
- Teaching Credentials: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), or recognised international equivalent secondary teaching credential.
- Classroom Experience: 2+ years of secondary / high school teaching experience (English, Drama, Humanities, Science, or Generalist subjects welcome).
