The Crown Cuisine is urgently seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to join our team for Friday and Saturday night shifts.

We are looking for someone who is confident, alert and approachable, with a strong focus on maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and regularly scan the restaurant floor for any potential issues
- Maintain a visible and skilled security presence
- Identify and respond to disturbances or commotion before situations escalate
- Assist with maintaining an orderly and safe environment throughout the venue
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and staff
- Handle difficult situations calmly and respectfully
- Assist management when required
- Report any incidents or concerns to management




- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of customers and staff at all times

What We’re Looking For
- Available Friday and Saturday nights
- Current and valid NSW Security Licence
- Professional and well presented
- Confident and observant
- Strong communication and people skills
- Calm and level headed when dealing with challenging situations
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous restaurant, hospitality or venue security experience preferred
