About the Role

Securecorp is seeking professional and reliable Security Officers to join our team. This is a permanent role offering a fixed fortnightly roster averaging 36 hours per week, providing structure, consistency, and predictable work-life balance

You will play a key frontline role in maintaining a safe, secure, and customer-focused environment. The position requires a strong visible presence, continuous patrols, proactive engagement with the public, and accurate incident reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct continuous foot patrols maintaining a strong visible presence, manage access control points.
- Provide professional customer service and promote safe and appropriate behaviour on site
- Monitor, identify, and respond to security, safety, and behavioural incidents
- Complete accurate and timely incident reports, shift logs, and contemporaneous notes
- Assist in identifying and managing hazards including unsafe behaviour, vandalism, and environmental risks
