They are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their expanding Business Advisory and Tax Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong accountant who enjoys client engagement, managing a portfolio of work and contributing to a high-performing team while mentoring junior staff.

The Role:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of business and individual clients, delivering end-to-end accounting and tax services

- Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns, BAS and related compliance obligations

- Provide tax and business advisory support including structuring, planning and problem-solving

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and taxation legislation

- Manage workflow, deadlines and job budgets effectively

- Support and mentor junior accountants within the team

- Contribute to continuous improvement and development of internal processes

About You:





- Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or Business

- CA or CPA qualified or working towards completion preferred

- Experience in Australian public practice accounting

- Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation and compliance requirements

- Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience

- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills

- Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach

- Experience with Xero, MYOB or similar accounting systems advantageous
