- Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Databricks and Azure Data Factory
- Build and optimise ETL/ELT processes for enterprise reporting needs
- Integrate data from multiple business systems into centralised platforms
- Develop dimensional, semantic and data warehouse models
- Create and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports and analytics solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather reporting requirements
- Produce technical documentation, data mappings and solution designs
- Ensure compliance with governance, security and enterprise standards
- Solid experience delivering enterprise BI and analytics solutions
- Hands-on expertise with Databricks and Microsoft Fabric
- Advanced Power BI development and optimisation skills
- Experience building Azure Data Factory data pipelines
- Strong SQL development and performance tuning capability
- Knowledge of dimensional modelling and data warehousing concepts
- Experience working with large, complex datasets
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
