Our client, an independent statutory agency supporting hundreds of thousands of Australians living with significant and permanent disability, along with their families and carers, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team. Duties of the Senior Business Analyst

- Examine and organise requirements to record dependencies, relationships and identify logical sequences;
- Synthesise business and technical requirements/concepts and present them in simple terms;
- Draft business analyst artefacts and documents that may include risk analysis, scope modelling, business process modelling, data discovery and analysis, problem tracking and sequence diagrams;
- Assist team members to effectively document the systems and solutions that the team develops, delivers and maintains;
- Have the ability to respond to and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards;
- Foster a positive culture within the team aligned with Agency values.

Skills and Experience Required

- Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years, working in a similar role performing business analysis activities including workshop facilitation, supporting the successful delivery of high‑impact and high‑value initiatives;
- Proven experience in roles relating to cloud platforms (preferably Amazon Web Services or Azure native systems)



including delivery of recent services, and mobile application and/or web application development;
- Experience in one of the following areas:
- mobile applications and or web application development,
- SAS tools or data platforms.

Desirable Criteria

- Demonstrated experience and flexibility to adapt to agile and waterfall processes to deliver projects and/or;
- Experience using generative AI and driving spec‑driven practices to enforce design‑first principles, as well as designing and implementing safe and robust integration of generative AI tools within the software testing lifecycle to drive efficiency;
- Experience with Salesforce platforms and/or Atlassian Jira and Confluence within the context of agile or spec‑driven delivery frameworks.
