St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking a Lead Pharmacist for Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) at St Vincent's Public Hospital, Sydney. This full-time role leads the QUM program, overseeing the hospital formulary and related approvals while guiding QUM initiatives across SVHS and affiliated services.

The role requires an AHPRA-registered pharmacist with solid clinical judgement, leadership experience, and the ability to work on-call and weekends as rostered.
