Key Responsibilities

n

- Conduct comprehensive client reviews and develop personalised advice aligned with client goals
n




- Manage and grow a pipeline by nurturing existing relationships and prospecting new clients
n
- Drive conversion of prospects into long‐term, fee‐paying clients through strategic engagement
n
- Support and mentor Financial Planning Assistants and/or associates to uphold quality standards
n
- Ensure all client documentation and compliance requirements are met precisely and promptly
n
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in advice quality and client service delivery
n

What we need from you

n

n
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Financial Adviser with a robust track record
n
- Proven ability to develop tailored financial strategies and build trust with clients
n
- Qualified adviser, listed on ASIC Financial Advisers Register, with relevant tertiary qualifications
n
- Well‐versed in regulatory environments, compliance, and industry best practices
n
- Experience with financial planning software (preferred but not mandatory)
n
- Ability to mentor junior team members and support their development
n
