Whatyou'lldo:

n

You'llwork across Council departments to deliver engaging communications and community consultation activities. Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Communicate with impact:Developcomms and engagement plans,campaigns, digitalcontentand promotional materials that connect with our community.
n
- Advise and collaborate:Providestrategic communications advice to all levels of the organisationto ensure consistent andtimelymessaging.
n
- Spot and solve issues:Identifyrisks to Council's brand and reputation, and provide smart,timelyadvice.
n
- Project support:Work with Council teams to plan and implement communications strategies for major projects and initiatives.
n
- Content oversight:Coordinate messaging across channels to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with Council priorities.

What You'll Bring

You'rea team-oriented, adaptable communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field.
n
- Experience in communications, engagement, or PR roles.
n
- Robust writing, editing, and digital content skills.Excellent relationship-building, organisation, and time-management skills.
n
