Job Description

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Proposals Manager to oversee the Pacific region's proposal, tender and quotation function. You will lead a team of proposal professionals, shaping win strategies and ensuring commercially sound, compliant submissions that maximise profitability.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Projects, Finance and Legal to improve win rates and proposal quality while guiding customers from qualification through handover to project execution.
