What You'll Do

- Manage calendars, scheduling, and case deadlines
- Prepare, file, and organize legal documents
- Conduct research to support legal matters
- Maintain case management systems, spreadsheets, and client records
- Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Communicate professionally with clients by phone and email
- Handle confidential information with accuracy and discretion

What We're Looking For





- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software
- Professional, client-focused attitude
- Must pass a background check
