Join our Sydney team as a full-time Dispatch Coordinator . This role involves processing outbound orders, preparing freight for transport, and creating daily schedules for drivers.

Responsibilities include:

- Scanning and dispatching freight
- Stacking and wrapping pallets, along with other warehouse duties
- Creating air and road consignment notes
- Lodging and collecting freight at air and sea terminals
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, with occasional deliveries
- Collaborating with management to modify routes based on customer needs
- Preparing daily work schedules and notifying drivers of road hazards
- Monitoring driver logs for errors, violations, and working hours
- Processing export and import shipments

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of warehousing experience




- Customer service experience in a fast-paced workplace
- Current forklift license or willingness to obtain one
- Experience with warehousing & distribution or freight forwarding is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Experience with dispatch software is desirable
