Business Development Manager/Sales - Stormwater / Plumbing / Piping

A well-established Australian stormwater and drainage solutions provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support continued growth across Victoria.

n

This role suits someone with a strong background in plumbing, drainage or piping products, who understands the trade and distribution environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.

The Role

n

n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across Civilplumbing, drainage and piping sectors
n
- Identify and generate new business opportunities, driving sales growth within your region
n
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, working closely with internal operations and project teams
n
- Support clients with technical and product knowledge, leveraging prior reseller, trade or distribution experience
n




- Represent the business professionally in the market and contribute to ongoing commercial strategy
n

About You

n

n
- Background in stormwater, plumbing, drainage or piping solutions
n
- Experience in a BDM, sales or account management role
n
- Proven ability to generate leads, win recent business and grow accounts
n
- Experience working with resellers or trade distribution networks ishighly regarded
n
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
- Self-motivated, commercially astute and comfortable working autonomously
n
