About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our Melbourne branch, based in Truganina. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and ensuring smooth branch operations across sales and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
n
- Lead and manage sales and warehouse teams to deliver robust performance
n
- Grow existing accounts and drive new business opportunities
n
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
n
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to guide strategy
n




- Support demand forecasting and supply chain planning
n
- Ensure efficient warehouse operations and high service standards
n
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
n
- Resolve customer issues and identify continuous improvement opportunities
n

About You

n

n
- 3–5 years' experience in a leadership role
n
- Tyre or automotive industry experience (preferred)
n
- Proven sales and business development success
n
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
n
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
n
- Results-driven with a hands-on approach
