About the Role

n

MSS Security is currently recruiting an experienced and professional Senior Security Officer to join our team at a high-profile client site in Sydney CBD.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Security Officer looking to take the next step in their security career while working in a professional workplace with a strong focus on security, customer service, communication, and teamwork.

n

The site is conveniently located in the Sydney CBD with excellent access to public transport , making it easily accessible from across Sydney.

n

As a Senior Security Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment for our client, staff, visitors, and contractors.

n

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

n

- Conducting regular internal and external security patrols
n
- Monitoring CCTV and security systems
n
- Managing site access control and visitor management
n
- Responding to and managing security incidents
n
- Completing accurate and detailed incident reports
n
- Providing professional assistance and directions to staff, visitors, and contractors
n
- Maintaining a highly visible and professional security presence
n
- Ensuring security procedures and site instructions are followed
n
- Liaising professionally with clients, stakeholders, emergency services, and other personnel when required
n




- Supporting team members and contributing to effective day-to-day site operations
n
- Working confidently both independently and as part of a team
n
- Assisting with the coordination of security activities when required
n

About You

n

We are seeking an experienced Security Officer who is professional, reliable, and confident working in a high-profile client environment.

n

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

n

n
- Certificate II in Security Operations
n
- Current NSW Security Licence
n
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
- White Card
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
- Previous experience working in a professional security environment
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Qualified presentation and a strong customer-service approach
n

n

Previous experience in a senior security, corporate, commercial, control room, or high-profile client environment will be highly regarded.

n

Roster & Flexibility

- Permanent Full-Time opportunity

- 4 on 4 off roster

- Availability across day, afternoon, and night shifts

- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
