Administration Officer

Rockingham Aged Care – Fixed Term (3 Months) Part Time role

45 Hours Per Fortnight

About the Role

n

You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, while also supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service. This part time role is responsible for providing administrative support services, including reception, general administration, staff rostering, and business and financial administration.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assisting with resident admissions, agreements, transfers, and discharges
n
- Managing calls, emails, general admin and reception duties
n
- Coordinating enquiries and tours for prospective residents
n
- Administering staff rosters, filling vacant shifts, and assisting with payroll
n
- Supporting accounts receivable, payable, receipting, and banking tasks
n

About You

n

n
- Minimum 2 years of administration/business support experience (aged care desirable)




n
- Demonstrated experience in payroll and staff rostering
n
- Certificate III in Business (or equivalent relevant experience)
n
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
n
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
n
- A current National Police Certificate, COVID-19, and Influenza vaccinations (or ability to acquire)
n
