About the Role

Journe Brands is seeking an experienced Senior Demand & Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team full time, based out of our Port Melbourne office. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you'll own end-to-end demand and supply planning - playing a key seat at the table in our monthly IBP cycle and acting as the bridge between commercial activity and operational execution.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain demand forecasts across products, channels and customers incorporating baseline demand, seasonality, trend and promotions
- Translate the approved demand plan into a monthly supply plan - projected stock-on-hand, weeks of cover and purchase order recommendations
- Lead key stakeholder input into the monthly IBP cycle, presenting demand insights, assumptions and supply exceptions
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to validate assumptions and align the plan
- Drive inventory optimisation - identifying slow-moving,



excess or at-risk inventory
- Produce regular reporting on forecast accuracy, bias, demand trends and exceptions
- Identify root causes of forecast variance and drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to ongoing process and planning tool improvements

Qualifications

- 5+ years in demand or supply planning
- Strong forecasting capability - comfortable operating at a detailed, data level
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning tools an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Finance and Operations
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce or related field; APICS/IBF qualifications an advantage
- Background in wholesale, retail, FMCG or consumer brands preferred
- Based in Melbourne
