About the role

Sarandis Design is seeking an experienced Senior Draftsperson / Architectural Documenter to join our design team. This is afull-time position based in our Highgate Studio. In this role, you will take responsibility for producing high quality documentation to take our design concepts into buildable solutions. As a senior member of the drafting team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our designs are accurately represented and communicated.

Key responsibilities

- Produce high quality architectural working drawings to the relevant building codes and standards
- Collaborate closely with designers and builders to translate conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings
- Review and check working drawings to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance
- Manage multiple projects whilst maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
- Liaise with external consultants to clarify details and resolve documentation queries
- Stay current with building codes, standards and best practices
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of office standards, templates and drawing systems

What we're looking for

- Minimum 7+ years' professional experience in architectural drafting and documentation

- Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Excellent knowledge of National Construction Codes and Standards




- Strong understanding of materials and construction methodologies
- Organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
