About the Opportunity We are partnering with a leading national provider of facilities and maintenance services, delivering pricing and estimating solutions across major housing and government contracts. We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead pricing on a WA Housing project. Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas

- Lead end-to-end pricing and estimating for facilities and maintenance tender submissions.
- Develop accurate, competitive cost estimates aligned with client scope and specifications.
- Collaborate with bid/precontracts teams to build compelling, commercially sound pricing solutions.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and validate pricing inputs.
- Ensure all estimates comply with governance, compliance, and quality standards under tight deadlines.
- Support risk analysis and value engineering to strengthen submission competitiveness.





About You We are seeking a senior estimating professional with a strong track record in facilities and maintenance pricing, ideally within housing or government-managed contracts.

- Essential: Proven senior-level experience in estimating/pricing within facilities management or maintenance services.
- Essential: Solid understanding of cost planning, subcontractor engagement, and tender pricing processes.
- Essential: Ability to work to tight, fast-moving project timelines.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management abilities.
