The other is a boutique residential builder specialising in premium architecturally designed homes and townhouses across Perth Their projects typically range from $1 million to $1.5 million, with a strong presence throughout Perth’s coastal and western suburbs. Their portfolio includes luxury single residences, double-storey homes and townhouse developments, all delivered with an emphasis on thoughtful design, quality finishes and long-term liveability.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced Senior Estimators and are also open to someone at Estimating Manager level. These opportunities are suited to professionals who take pride in delivering quality outcomes, enjoy working closely with clients and site teams, and are passionate about mentoring junior staff while contributing to a positive team culture.

Key Requirements:

- Estimating experience on luxury homes is essential, double storey experience is a minimum requirement.
- Estimating experience is essential
- 7+ years experience in scheduling/estimating (desirable)

- Highly skilled communication skills
- A team player
- Strong tenure in previous roles
