CIMIC Group is seeking an experienced Senior HSEQ Systems Advisor to help lead the development, governance and continuous improvement of the Group’s integrated Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) management systems. This role is critical in ensuring CIMIC maintains robust, compliant and high performing systems that enable protected, sustainable and efficient delivery across all operating companies.

The role will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support the consistent application of HSEQ management system requirements.

About the Role The Senior HSEQ Systems Advisor is responsible for supporting the governance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO-certified (9001, 14001, 45001) management systems across CIMIC and its Operating Companies (CPB, UGL, EIC, Pacific Partnerships). The role contributes to maintaining system integrity and certification compliance, while assisting in the delivery of a consistent, efficient and pragmatic “One Way of Working” aligned to operational requirements.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading the maintenance and continual improvement of the integrated management systems across CIMIC and Operating Companies.
- Leading engagement with key stakeholders and content owners to ensure management system changes are effectively reviewed, approved and communicated in line with governance requirements.
- Proactively identifying and supporting the implementation of simplification opportunities to reduce duplication and administrative burden.
- Supporting maintenance of consolidated corporate audit schedule.
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical support and user access to relevant SHEQS systems and subscriptions.
- Providing management system training to business and project representatives as required.




- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with Operating Company HSEQ teams to support consistent system application.
- Engaging with stakeholders to support system alignment and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders within area of expertise.
- Supporting system stability and controlled evolution through consistent application of processes.

About You – Qualifications & Experience To be successful, you will bring:

- Diploma qualifications or above in Health and Safety, Business Administration, Communications, HR, IT or other relevant discipline
- Formal training or qualifications in ISO Management Systems (9001, 14001, 45001), desirable
- Previous experience working with document management systems (preferably SharePoint)
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Proven experience in the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of certified integrated management systems
- Experience supporting system standardisation or harmonisation
- Effective stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to support collaboration and alignment across teams
- Demonstrated capability to support and influence change initiatives
- Structured, pragmatic, and outcomes-focused approach
