Training & Support That Actually Delivers

- Easy Start: A tailored induction designed for senior clinicians, with the right balance of onboarding, shadowing, and caseload ramp-up so you can settle in confidently without being held back.
- Clinical Collaboration: Work autonomously, backed by a multidisciplinary team that values discussion, shared expertise, and integrated paediatric care. We’re looking for an experienced OT who enjoys supporting other clinicians directly or indirectly, sharing what they know, and helping their knowledge reach more children and families.
- Clinical Development: Tailored CPD, a $2,000 annual professional development budget, and 1 paid study day each year. We also invest in learning together through four in-house PD days annually focused on OT and MDT learning, plus fortnightly knowledge-sharing sessions

What We’re Looking For:

- Full-time Occupational Therapist with 3+ years of experience
- Clinicians who are passionate about working with a predominantly paediatric community caseload
- Interest in covering caseloads in West Melbourne
- A full driving license and access to a car is required
- Current registration with AHPRA
