Senior Project Manager | Commercial | Up to $220,000 + Super

An exciting prospect has become available with a well-established and growing Brisbane construction business delivering a diverse pipeline of commercial, industrial and government projects. This is a genuine senior leadership opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys being hands-on, leading people and having ownership across project delivery.

The Role

n

You will be responsible for approximately $30M of work annually, leading a team of 5 across project delivery:

- Manage multiple commercial, industrial and government projects
n
- Take ownership of budgets, programs and project performance
n
- Oversee procurement, subcontractors and consultants
n
- Manage variations, claims, risk and commercial outcomes
n
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
n
- Drive quality, safety and compliance
n
- Mentor and develop your project delivery team
n
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive project and business outcomes
n

About You We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Manager with:

n

n
- Strong commercial construction experience
n
- Proven experience managing sizeable projects or portfolios
n
- Previous leadership or team management experience
n
- Strong commercial and financial understanding
n
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
- The ability to lead a team while maintaining high project delivery standards
n
