The role

We’re looking for an experienced performance marketer who can think beyond the campaign.

Reporting to our Director of Media and Performance, you’ll take ownership of a varied client portfolio, leading performance strategy, campaign execution, optimisation and measurement.

This is predominantly lead generation and performance marketing across considered, high-value purchases where success is measured through qualified enquiries, lead quality and cost per acquisition, rather than eCommerce sales.

You’ll

- Lead paid media strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Identify opportunities to improve, scale and evolve client performance
- Own the full conversion journey from ad and creative through to landing page, form and enquiry
- Brief and challenge creative, and run meaningful A/B testing across ads, landing pages and conversion journeys
- Build strong measurement frameworks across GA4, GTM, platform tracking and attribution
- Turn data into clear insights, recommendations and client stories
- Work closely with Client Services, Strategy, Content and Creative teams
- Mentor and develop other members of the performance team
- Contribute to pitches, new business and broader agency thinking

AI + performance

We’re actively building AI into how we plan,



analyse, optimise and report, and we want someone excited to help push this forward. You’ll have the opportunity to use AI, APIs and emerging tools to interrogate data, automate repetitive workflows, improve QA and reporting, sharpen strategy and uncover opportunities faster.

You don’t need to arrive with all the answers. You do need to be curious, experimental and willing to share what you learn.

What we’re looking for

Ideally you’ll bring

- 5+ years’ digital marketing experience with a strong performance and lead generation focus
- Deep experience across Google and Meta, plus exposure to LinkedIn and TikTok
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Confidence working with GTM, GA4 and campaign measurement
- Experience leading client conversations and presenting recommendations
- An ability to connect media performance with creative, conversion and the broader customer journey
- Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and willingness to mentor others
- Practical interest or experience using AI within marketing workflows

Programmatic experience, particularly StackAdapt, is a bonus, not a requirement.
