Senior Project Manager - Digital Experience & Transformation

- 12-Month Contract
- Sydney Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on-site
- Offering up to $1,000 per day + Super

We're partnering with a large, complex organisation seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the continued evolution of a critical digital engagement platform used by thousands of end users.

At the centre of this role is a sophisticated portal and mobile application ecosystem that serves as the organisation's primary digital front door. Developed internally over the past several years, the platform provides users with access to a broad range of services, information and digital experiences, with a significant roadmap of enhancements planned for the future.

This is a highly visible role requiring a project leader who can balance strategic thinking, user experience, stakeholder management and agile delivery whilst driving meaningful outcomes across a complex enterprise environment.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of a major digital engagement initiative focused on improving the user journey, increasing adoption and shaping the future direction of a large-scale portal and application environment.

While the platform already offers extensive functionality, the organisation is looking to strengthen engagement, reduce fragmentation across digital channels and create a more seamless experience for end users.

This role will lead that next phase of maturity, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to establish priorities, refine the roadmap and deliver ongoing enhancements.

Working within a highly agile environment, you'll engage with multiple stakeholder groups,



manage competing priorities and ensure new initiatives are successfully integrated into the broader digital ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading delivery across a large-scale portal and digital application ecosystem
- Driving digital engagement and user experience initiatives
- Developing and managing product roadmaps, delivery plans and future backlogs
- Partnering with business stakeholders to define priorities and uplift platform capability
- Managing feature rationalisation and prioritisation activities
- Working closely with ICT and delivery teams to ensure successful execution

What We're Looking For

We're interested in experienced Project Managers, Delivery Leads or Digital Delivery professionals who have successfully delivered customer-facing digital products within large and complex organisations.

You will bring experience across:

- Large-scale digital portal or mobile application projects
- Agile project delivery and transformation environments
- User-centred design and customer journey initiatives
- Digital engagement platforms and channel strategy
- Complex stakeholder engagement and negotiation

Success in this role will depend on your ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and maintain momentum across a fast-moving environment.
