The RoleWe’re looking for an organised, thoughtful Senior Project Manager to keep our client projects running smoothly. You’ll be the steady hand between our clients and our team of experts, keeping timelines on track, meetings productive, and everyone moving in the same direction.

You don’t need to know everything about HubSpot, automation or design, but you do need to be the kind of person who naturally brings structure and calm to moving parts, and can guide our team and our clients on how we could solve challenges and problems together when the path is unclear.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Take ownership of delivery across a mix of digital and automation projects
- Work with our experts to scope projects, plan timelines, track progress, and make sure milestones actually happen when they’re meant to
- Lead client meetings, capture actions clearly, and keep communication open and professional
- Build a solid working relationship and rapport with our clients to ensure a healthy pipeline of next and future projects




- Coordinate internal teams, ensuring developers and specialists always know what’s next
- Manage change requests and feedback in a calm, methodical way
- Flag risks or blockers early and help solve them before they become issues
- Keep documentation clean, up to date, and easy for others to follow

About YouYou’re the person people turn to when they want things done properly. You balance efficiency with empathy, take pride in follow-through, and keep clients confident even when projects get messy behind the scenes.

You'll thrive here if you:

- Have 5+ years’ experience managing digital or technical projects
- Are great at keeping people (and details) organised without being overbearing
- Communicate clearly and confidently, especially with clients
- Are skilled at problem solving, both individually and in guiding the team
- Are a self-starter who is driven by progress and outcomes
- Have excellent written and spoken English
- Are comfortable working independently but enjoy being part of a collaborative team
- Are based in Australia, so your working day naturally overlaps with the rest of the team

Nice to have:

- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs




- Familiarity with automation or systems integration work
- Understanding of UX, design, and Agile-style delivery

Working ArrangementTerrific is a Singapore-registered company working with clients across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.

This role is engaged on an independent contractor basis under our standard contractor services agreement. You will invoice us monthly against an agreed retainer, use your own equipment, and are free to take on other clients subject to conflicts. You are responsible for your own tax and statutory arrangements, and we're happy to talk it through early in the process.
