You'll become the leader of a dedicated property management pod, working alongside a team of three (in addition to this role) across leasing, tenant care and maintenance.

You're the person the team comes to. You'll provide guidance, solve the tricky problems, manage escalations and set the standard, while taking ownership of the senior client and property management matters.

You won't be doing:

- Routine inspections
- Ingoing or outgoing inspections
- Routine tenant care
- Lease changes
- Open inspections
- Day-to-day maintenance management

Instead, you'll focus on:

- Leading and mentoring the PM pod
- Senior arrears and complex tenancy matters
- SACAT hearings
- Escalated client and tenant issues
- High-level landlord relationships
- Helping shape the continued growth of the department
