We’re recruiting an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage a well-maintained residential portfolio across the Eastern Beaches.

With leasing and administrative support around you, you’ll have the time to focus on your clients and portfolio.

The role

- Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Manage rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears
- Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Prepare for and attend NCAT matters when required
- Ensure properties comply with current legislation
- Maintain accurate portfolio records and documentation

About you

- Previous property management experience is essential
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Solid knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident managing landlords, tenants and challenging situations
- Professional,



reliable and able to work independently
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
