Tech Mahindra is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Communications Cloud Engineer to support the design, build, and delivery of scalable Salesforce/Vlocity solutions for telecom customers.

About the role In this role, you will work on Salesforce Communications Cloud implementations with a focus on OmniStudio, Industry CPQ, Enterprise Product Catalog, integrations, guided selling, and order management capabilities. You will help enable end-to-end digital experiences across the telecom domain.

Key responsibilities

What you will do

- Develop and customize Salesforce OmniStudio components including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Vlocity Cards.
- Implement and optimize Industry CPQ processes, including product catalogues, pricing logic, and business rules.
- Configure and enhance Enterprise Product Catalog and Order Management capabilities to streamline service activation and delivery.
- Integrate Communications Cloud with external OSS/BSS, billing, and ERP systems using Salesforce APIs, DataRaptors,



and Integration Procedures.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Support code reviews, QA testing, deployment planning, production troubleshooting, and long-term fixes.

What we are looking for

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity development.
- Positive understanding of telecom domain processes, including product catalogues, order management, guided selling, and service activation.
- Experience working with integrations across Salesforce and telecom backend platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an agile delivery environment.
