Responsibilities:

- Assisting the Head Chef in the management of the kitchen team and overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Preparing high-quality dishes that meet the company's standards for taste and presentation.
- Ensuring food safety, quality, and consistency.
- Assisting in menu planning and developing new recipes.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
- Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Requirements:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.




- Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Creativity and a passion for food.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
