Your new company Our client is a well-established residential developer with a strong reputation for delivering quality apartment, mixed-use and residential projects across South East Queensland. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team.

Your new role

n

Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will be responsible for the commercial management of residential construction projects from procurement through to completion.

- Manage subcontractor procurement and tender processes.
n
- Prepare and administer subcontract agreements.
n
- Assess progress claims and variations.
n
- Monitor project costs, budgets and forecasts.
n
- Manage contract documentation, RFIs and EOTs.
n
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
n
- Assist with project reporting and commercial risk management.

What you'll need to succeed

n

n




- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within the Australian construction industry.
n
- Essential: Residential construction experience across apartments, townhouses, mixed-use or large-scale residential developments.
n
- Strong knowledge of procurement, contracts, variations and cost control.
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced project environment.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
n
