What You'll Do:

We're on the hunt for passionate and dynamic Sales Associates to support our team at Chadstone and create an exceptional retail experience. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and has a positive experience by:

- Using your exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to help customers find the perfect products and drive sales.
n
- Quickly and positively find solutions for customers, ensuring a responsive and engaging interaction, with diligent follow-up.
n
- Address complaints and objections swiftly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
n
- Help protect company assets and procedures by promoting loss prevention practices.
n
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, well‐organised, and inviting for customers.
n
- Confidently handle cash and digital transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
n
- Contribute to maintaining high brand visual standards, always ensuring excellence in product presentation.
n
- Support with replenishment and pricing duties, including preparation for sales and promotions as needed

About You

- You must have a background in sales, retail, or customer service, bringing valuable expertise to our dynamic team.
n
- Have availability of around 15 hours per week which includes during week days,



late night trade and weekends
n
- Be passionate about our brand and have a connection through running, fashion or hiking
n
- Natural curiosity, high energy, and positive outlook make every interaction exciting and engaging.
n
- Deep enthusiasm for our brand and products is infectious, inspiring customers and creating lasting connections.

- With a talent for identifying customer needs and matching them with the perfect products, you excel at driving sales and exceeding targets.

- You have a knack for motivating and uplifting those around you, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic environment for both customers and team members.

- You have good availability including over the holiday period
