Take the lead on the clinical side of a busy Gladstone practice.

n

1300SMILES Gladstone is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join the team on a full-time basis.

n

This is a hands-on role that combines clinical knowledge with organisation, leadership and day-to-day coordination. You'll work closely with the Practice Manager and Lead Dentist to keep clinical operations organised, compliant and running efficiently.

n

You'll play an key role in maintaining clinical standards, overseeing day-to-day processes, managing stock and lab work, and helping the clinical team stay organised, supported and set up for success.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Coordinating day-to-day clinical operations and supporting the clinical team
n
- Overseeing infection control processes and clinical standards
n
- Managing clinical stock, materials and inventory
n




- Maintaining records for incoming and outgoing laboratory work
n
- Coordinating the storage and archiving of dental models
n
- Completing and monitoring daily clinical checklists
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve clinical processes and workflow
n
- Supporting the Practice Manager and Lead Dentist with clinical training and development
n
- Providing guidance and support to the wider clinical team
n
- Providing Dental Assisting support when required
n

What you'll bring:

n

n
- Experience in a senior Dental Assisting, Clinical Coordinator or similar role is highly regarded
n
- Strong understanding of infection control and clinical standards
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
- Confidence managing stock, records and clinical processesNOTE: The assistant stopped due to length
