About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at New Gen Roofing Pty Ltd in Pakenham, VIC. This full-time position will provide administrative support to our growing roofing company, with a focus on maintaining efficient office operations and exceptional customer service.

This is an on-site position situated in our Pakenham office.

What you'll be doing In this role, you will be a central point of contact delivering professional, timely, and seamless support to both internal divisions and external customers. You will manage bookings, process material orders, align schedules,



and maintain efficient communication across all stakeholders to uphold exceptional service standards.

This role will suit someone who has worked in the construction sector and is able to communicate efficiently and effectively with builders, contractors and site supervisors.

Our office also includes a roofing supplies warehouse and at times will also include serving customers & assisting with their purchases.

What we're looking for

- 2 years of experience in administration & customer service
- Construction sector experience highly regarded
- A motivated and team-oriented attitude
- A customer service focus – you naturally know how to provide a first-class experience
- A background in data entry and scheduling highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel with basic functions
- Strong organisational and time management abilities

- High attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to jump right in to the role
- Australian work authorisation is required for this position
