Accurately processing service bookings in the system

Submitting special purchase orders in collaboration with the service department

Supporting other admin activities and data entry as required Most importantly,

What we’re seeking is someone who has: Prior experience in admin, reception and/or customer service roles A customer-first mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong ability to organise and manage time in a busy environment
