About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support the delivery of major transport infrastructure projects across Western Sydney. Working as part of the site-based project team, you will provide day-to-day administrative support and help maintain effective project systems, records and processes. This is a permanent, full time, site-based position working standard project delivery hours.
It will ideally suit an administrator with previous civil construction, infrastructure or broader construction industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- provide administrative support to the project delivery team
- manage site documentation, registers, records and filing systems
- process purchase orders, invoices and procurement documentation
- coordinate site inductions, onboarding and training records
- maintain workforce information, timesheets and attendance records
- support project reporting, meetings and team communications
- liaise with employees, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
- ensure administrative processes comply with company requirements.
About You
- previous administration experience, ideally in civil construction, infrastructure or construction
- experience with purchase orders, invoices, timesheets and document control
- strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- confidence using Microsoft Office and project administration systems
- the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- a collaborative approach and commitment to supporting the wider site team
- availability to work full-time, on site, during standard project delivery hours across Western Sydney.
- Have or ability to obtain a construction white card
