Workhorse Staffing is currently seeking a trade qualified and experienced Site Fitter, Shopfitter or Carpenter to join a growing team specialising in custom steel fit outs, installations and modifications.

This is a varied hands-on position, offering a mix of site-based installation work and workshop assembly. You'll work across a range of custom projects, taking products from workshop assembly through to final installation on site.

About the Role

- Installing, fitting and modifying custom steel products
- Completing fit-outs and installations across various sites
- Assembling custom products in the workshop
- Operating workshop machinery and equipment, including CNC routers
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
- Working collaboratively across both workshop and site environments
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

- Trade qualification as a Shopfitter, Cabinetmaker or Carpenter
- Previous experience with site installations and fit outs
- Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience operating workshop machinery, ideally including CNC routers




- Strong practical and problem-solving skills
- A high level of attention to detail and quality
- White Card
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
