The Opportunities

Our network covers established and growing high-end residential builders delivering projects across Sydney, including the Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore, Northern Beaches and surrounding areas.

Depending on your experience and preferences, opportunities may include:

- Architecturally designed new-build homes
- Major renovations and structural alterations
- Projects ranging from approximately$3m - $20m
- Site Manager and Senior Site Manager opportunities
- Established builders with strong project pipelines





About You We're particularly interested in speaking with Site Managers who have:

- Experience delivering high-end residential construction projects
- Strong programming, sequencing and subcontractor management skills
- A high standard of quality and attention to detail
- Solid communication with clients, architects, consultants and trades
- The ability to take ownership of a project from construction through to completion
